Advanced Veterinary Specialists is a 24-hour Emergency and Specialty Referral practice in Santa Barbara, CA. We are located almost 2 hours north of Los Angeles and 5 hours south of San Francisco on the beautiful Central Coast. Our community is full of great clients that are committed to their pet's care. Our specialties include: Internal Medicine, Surgery, Oncology, Cardiology, and Dentistry. We have a dedicated group of emergency and critical care doctors and staff and we have achieved Level II Facility Certification from VECCS. Our practice emphasizes outstanding client service and patient care.
Company History
Advanced Veterinary Specialists was opened in September 2012 by Andrea Wells, DVM, DACVIM with a small team. We are now nearly 50 doctors and staff to support our growing facility but have maintained our family atmosphere.
