Who We Are
Countryside Veterinary Hospital is owned by Doctor Deborah Hofler, and is a veterinary care community nestled in Valley Center. Our integrated care campus includes our main hospital, dedicated Wellness Center, and Muddy Paws Grooming and Boarding facility—all conveniently located on the same property. This unique arrangement creates a true small community of talented professionals working collaboratively to provide comprehensive care for our patients.

Company History
Valley Center Veterinary Hospital has been a trusted part of our community for over 42 years. What began as a small country practice has grown alongside our evolving community, transforming from rural to suburban while maintaining our commitment to compassionate care.
For the past 27 years, Dr. Deborah Hofler, a University of Pennsylvania graduate, has led our practice with dedication and vision. Under her guidance, we've expanded our facilities and services while staying true to our small-town values.
We pride ourselves on combining the personalized attention of a small town practice with the latest veterinary technology and techniques. Our team continuously pursues continuing education to ensure our patients receive the most advanced care available.
As our community has grown from its rural roots into a vibrant suburban area, we've grown too—adapting our practice to meet changing needs while maintaining the close relationships with clients that have always been our foundation.
