Small animal hospital with high staff to doctor ratio. Closed on Sunday. No treatment after hours by doctors. RVT on staff and an experienced well-trained team. The practice has full surgical and internal medicine capabilities, in-house lab, digital x-rays including dental, ultrasound, full dental unit & telemedicine.
We believe in diagnosing before treatment and to resolve the problem in the fastest way with the least discomfort for the pet and minimal owner inconvenience. The hospital focus on staff training and hold meetings every week. This keeps the team informed of hospital protocols and helps us provided the client with a consistent message.
The hospital give our personalized take home pet report cards and informational handouts on the pets condition and haves an app that syncs with our practice software that allows the clients to schedule exams and see their pets vaccination history with a loyalty program.
