Company Overview
Pine Grove Veterinary Clinic has been serving the clients of Amador and Calaveras counties for the past 15 years. We are housed in a remodeled historical building on beautifully landscaped property in the quaint town of Pine Grove on the western slope of the Sierra Nevada range. We serve a rural community yet are near major metropolitan centers and awesome recreation: 1.5 hours from Sacramento, 2.5 hours from San Francisco Bay Area, 2 hours from Lake Tahoe, and Yosemite. Our immediate surroundings provide excellent outdoor recreation: hiking, mountain biking, skiing/snowboarding, kayaking, white-water rafting, hunting and fishing.
Our hospital is functional, well-maintained, and modern, with a great potential for growth. It is well equipped with digital x-ray (includes radiography evaluation by boarded radiologist), full in-hospital IDEXX laboratory, daily courier service for IDEXX, SIUI Ultrasound Imaging System, Doppler blood pressure monitor, rigid endoscopy, pulse oximetry, and ECG. The practice also includes a state-of-the-art boarding facility. Our staff of ten (two veterinarians and eight supporting stuff) is very stable and experienced. We take pride in serving a tight-knit community, and in providing an exciting place to work for our team members. We strive to support our staff in balancing work, family and community life.
