Company Overview
We are a small animal clinic serving only cats and dogs.
We use a digital practice management system called Covetrus Pulse.
Our attire is scrubs or business casual, depending on the role.
We have an in-house lab and access to Antech reference labs, digital X-rays, dental equipment, dental x-ray, and ultrasound.
Our doctor schedule is 10 AM to 6 PM Monday – Fridays and 10 AM to 4 PM on Saturdays with a 1-hour lunch break (FROM 2-3) and breaks throughout the day for medical records time/breaks. Our standard daily staff-to-doctor ratio is 4:1 or 5:1 with a COHAT, and workflow is driven by our head technician/operations manager or senior staff.
Appointments are scheduled to 20-minute blocks with a mix of routine wellness and sick or injured exams. We occasionally accept urgent/emergency walk-ins during the day and refer to local emergency clinics if we are booked to capacity or after hours. The typical exam caseload is 15-20 patients. The typical Surgery load is 15-25 patients.

2250 square foot facility, with two exam rooms, a lab, OR suite, treatment area, and x-ray room.
We currently have one veterinarian and one RVT accompanied by a well-trained and supportive staff of vet assistants and receptionists.
